He leads capital formation and commercial structuring for the business, turning complex, multi-party transactions into permitted, financeable projects. Jimmy brings a background scaling multifamily real estate development, where he built the origination, underwriting, and execution discipline he now applies at gigawatt scale across energy and digital infrastructure.

David leads the development and execution of large-scale energy and digital infrastructure platforms at the Sunshine Fund. As a Partner at Sunshine Fund and Advisor to Lion Point Capital, he focuses on integrating power generation, grid infrastructure, and large-scale data center development. Prior to joining Sunshine in 2025, David was a Partner at Standard Power, developing electrical infrastructure for multi-GW of high-performance compute data centers, and earlier a Partner at JDS Development Group.

Trace is a fifth-generation Texan with deep landowner and county relationships across the state. He co-originated the company's five active utility-scale sites in Texas and co-created the landowner-and-financier lease structure that anchors the Texas portfolio.
