New Mexico Super Site.
Phase 1 provides 1 GW of power within a 20 GW New Mexico energy platform comprising up to 10 GW solar + 10 GW gas + 2 GW BESS. A 500/345 kV substation under one mile from all parcels. A retiring 1,540 MW coal plant delivers stranded transmission capacity in 2031. Regional utility co-development and interconnection partner in place. The only site in the portfolio suited for a multi-gigawatt data center campus alongside on-site manufacturing.
Illustrative concept only — final generation configuration is subject to engineering.
Built clean. Built in America.
Cooling is closed-loop and low-water by design. Factory-built modular data center modules arrive complete with power, cooling, and IT, and Solid Oxide Fuel Cells deliver approximately 99% lower NOx than gas turbines. Every solar phase is built on Suniva cells, made in America.
