Up to 10 GW solar + 10 GW gas + 2 GW BESS in New Mexico. A 500/345 kV substation under one mile from all parcels. A retiring 1,540 MW coal plant delivers stranded transmission capacity in 2031. Regional utility co-development and interconnection partner in place. The only site in the portfolio suited for a multi-gigawatt data center campus alongside on-site manufacturing.
