Dual-Market/Floyd County · 765 kV Upgrade 2027

Floyd Solar + Storage.

765 kV transmission upgrade planned for 2027 along the TUCO-Oklaunion North corridor, dual market access to SPP and ERCOT. Landowner has signed LOI for small modular reactor development on-site. Seven on-site Ogallala wells totaling 1,440 GPM (375–400 ft) with expansion potential. Atmos gas on-site and a 24-inch ONEOK trunk line 16.5 miles west. Suited for on-site manufacturing and modular data center development.

Built clean. Built in America.

Factory-built modular data centers cut on-site construction, waste, and delivery time by 40–50% versus traditional builds. Immersive cooling is designed for South Plains water constraints, with no public drinking water used in operations, and Solid Oxide Fuel Cells deliver approximately 99% lower NOx than gas turbines. The solar field is built on Suniva cells, made in America.
